Warranty Effective January 1, 2025

SaraBella Fishing ensures that you possess high-quality, trusted products that perform with you. We want you to have complete satisfaction with your product!  

All warranty claims must complete this Warranty Claim Form to tell us what happened. 

Manufacturer Warranty:
SaraBella Fishing warrants its fly rods and blanks against breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship for the first five years of ownership for the original purchaser, as long as she/he retains ownership of the rod. 

The warranty shall be effective only for new rods purchased from SaraBella Fishing directly, or from an authorized SaraBella Fishing dealer. We will accept this warranty or a sales receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable. 

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod. Every SaraBella Fishing rod is inspected prior to shipment. However, if breakage/defect due to workmanship should appear, simply send the rod or blank to SaraBella Fishing and it will be repaired, or replaced. This warranty does not cover lost sections or lost rods, ordinary wear and tear, neglect or intentional breakage. This warranty does not cover tampering or altering of the rod blank, grip, decal, hardware, or reel seat (including but not limited to the removal of decal, sanding of grip, stripping of paint, etc.). 

Original owner is responsible for the cost of sending in the rod to be repaired (customer should insure) and any duty or taxes due on international shipments. A return shipping, handling and mailing insurance charge will be applied to repairs.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by use for other than its intended purpose or through attempted modifications or customization of the finished rod. This warranty also excludes purchases of blanks or kits, as well as damage caused by others during assembly of a blank into a finished rod. In no event does SaraBella Fishing accept or assume any responsibility or liability for incidental or consequential damages related to or arising from ownership or use of the rod or blank.

Repair Policy:
Repair of non-warranty damage to most SaraBella Fishing rods is also available for a reasonable charge. Materials and color may vary from those used on the original rod depending on availability of the product components necessary for repair work. 

Upon receipt, SaraBella fishing will provide a cost for repair and will commence the repairs once your approval has been provided. A return shipping, handling and mailing insurance charge will be applied to repairs. To replace a broken tip section, the cost is $150 + shipping/insurance. We will always do our best to repair a broken rod, if possible. If the breakage is more severe (i.e., butt section, multiple sections, etc.) and repair is not possible, a new rod may be recommended, at the replacement cost (discounted from MSRP). In order to build a replacement rod, the original rod, proof of purchase, and full payment for the new rod, must be shipped to SaraBella Fishing. Pricing is valid for 2025.

2. Ship the rod, insured with ALL pieces, in sleeve + tube, in a box to us at:

3. Email info@sarabellafishing.com with your shipping / tracking # so we know when to expect it.
4. When SaraBella receives it, we’ll review everything and give you a cost estimate + plan/options. You can choose to proceed at that time.
5. As long as it’s not a manufacturer failure, shipping and repair will be paid by you (we’ll send you an invoice via PayPal).
6. We’ll get to work, and we’ll email you tracking details when it’s ready to ship back to you!

Return Policy:
If for any reason, you simply don’t like the product, the original owner can return it for a full refund within thirty days of the original purchase date. Please include the original sales receipt as well as written explanation for the return.

Note: We recognize that the major large-scale sellers provide some amazing warranties. However, most of their products are not made by hand or made in the USA. Please remember that SaraBella Fishing products are assembled by hand and materials (blanks, guides, hardware) are 100% made in the USA (except for the flor grade cork — it ships to us from Portugal).
