Warranty Effective January 1, 2020

SaraBella Fishing warrants its fly rods and blanks against breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship for the first five years of ownership for the original purchaser, as long as she/he retains ownership of the rod.
The warranty shall be effective only for new rods purchased from SaraBella Fishing directly, or from an authorized SaraBella Fishing dealer and registered with SaraBella Fishing within 30 days of purchase. If you have not registered your rod with SaraBella Fishing, we can also accept the original sales receipt. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod. Every SaraBella Fishing rod is inspected prior to shipment. However, if breakage/defect due to workmanship should appear, simply send the rod or blank to SaraBella Fishing and it will be repaired, or replaced.
This warranty does not cover lost sections or lost rods, ordinary wear and tear, neglect or intentional breakage. Original owner is responsible for the cost of sending in the rod to be repaired (customer should insure) and any duty or taxes due on international shipments. A return shipping, handling and mailing insurance charge will be applied to repairs.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by use for other than its intended purpose or through attempted modifications or customization of the finished rod. This warranty also excludes purchases of blanks or kits, as well as damage caused by others during assembly of a blank into a finished rod. In no event does SaraBella Fishing accept or assume any responsibility or liability for incidental or consequential damages related to or arising from ownership or use of the rod or blank.
Repair of non-warranty damage to most SaraBella Fishing rods is also available for a reasonable charge. Materials and color may vary from those used on the original rod depending on availability of the product components necessary for repair work. Upon receipt, SaraBella fishing will provide a cost for repair and will commence the repairs once your approval has been provided. A return shipping, handling and mailing insurance charge will be applied to repairs. To replace a broken tip section, the cost is $80 + shipping/insurance. We will always do our best to repair a broken rod, if possible. If the breakage is more severe (i.e., butt section, multiple sections, etc.) and repair is not possible, a new rod may be recommended, at the replacement cost of $350. In order to build a replacement rod, the original rod, proof of purchase, and full payment for new rod, must be shipped to SaraBella Fishing. Pricing is valid for 2020.
All warranty claims must complete this Warranty Claim Form to tell us what happened.
If for any reason, you simply don’t like the product, the original owner can return it for a full refund within thirty days of the original purchase date. Please include the original sales receipt.
